Transport Arrangements
Transport will be arranged for delegates from the OR Tambo International Airport, JHB to the Sheraton Pretoria Hotel as follows:
20:00 – Tuesday evening, 1 October 2013
08:00 and 10:00 – Wednesday, 2 October 2013
Transport will also be arranged for delegates from the Sheraton Pretoria Hotel to the OR Tambo International Airport, JHB as follows:
14:00 – Friday, 4 October 2013.
Transport will be provided on Wednesday evening, 2 October 2013 from the Sheraton Pretoria Hotel to the Cocktail function at TUT, Arts Campus. Transport will further be provided on Thursday evening, 3 October 2013 from the Sheraton Pretoria Hotel to the Gala dinner at Tshwane University of Technology, Pretoria Campus. Please see programme for departure times.
Please indicate clearly in the registration form which transport options you would like to make use of.
Please note that it will unfortunately not be possible for the organisors to provide any additional transport for any delegate wishing to leave the conference earlier than indicated in the programme. Alternative transport by way of taxi or shuttle service could be arranged through the hotel but this will be for the cost of the individual.
Please note that arranged transport will only pick-up and drop-off delegates from the Sheraton Pretoria Hotel. If delegates should choose to stay in alternative accommodation, you would be required to make use of your own transport.
